During the Mother Road’s centennial year (2026), Visit Albuquerque is hosting a Route 66 Centennial Business Directory, a comprehensive list of hospitality businesses along the 18-mile stretch of Central Avenue and nearby. Discover mom-and–pops, elevated experiences and local favorites along Route 66’s signature neighborhoods. Visitors can eat, stay, learn, shop and play on Albuquerque's Route 66. The businesses reflected in this directory are within a short driving distance (under 2 miles, about 5 minutes) off of the main route, Central Avenue. Businesses along 4th Street, which was the original 1926-1937 alignment of Route 66, are also included here.
