Convention Service Referrals

Once a convention has been booked for Albuquerque by the convention sales division, the convention planner works primarily with Visit Albuquerque's convention services division.

Every conference, meeting, and reunion is assigned to a convention services manager who assists the planner before, during, and after the event.

Referrals to our partners to fill convention needs, requests for proposals (RFPs) in specific categories, and opportunities to provide special offers to delegates are all ways that Visit Albuquerque's convention services managers interact with our partners.

Visit Albuquerque's staff is committed to impartial and balanced referrals to all of our partners based on the requests and needs of our customers.
