Start the new year off on the right foot by investing in your organization's customer service skills! Whether you are new to Albuquerque, new to the hospitality industry or simply interested in a refresher, brushing up on your customer service skills is always a wise investment and we've got you covered! Join us at our ACE class, a three-hour course that explores things to do and see in the Albuquerque area as well as do's and don'ts of customer service. This class is helpful for all positions to learn how you can enhance each guest experience. Cost is $25 per student.

If you are an attraction partner that would like to host an ACE class, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or 222-4338.
There are NO REFUNDS for no shows. You can however, send the same student or a new student to a following class for that credit.
