Our visitor information centers are a great way to find maps, Visitors Guides, and information about what to see, where to eat, where to shop and how to spend time in Albuquerque.
COVID-Safe Practices include (created following guidance issued by the New Mexico Department of Health):
Plexiglass greeting station at the entrance (visitors are currently not able to come inside the building)
Signage denoting face covering/mask requirements and social distancing guidelines
Hand sanitizer
Signage with QR code directing visitors to Visit Albuquerque’s COVID-19 Traveler Information webpage and the New Mexico Department of Health
Optional sign-in sheet for contact tracing
Directional signage indicating one way in/one way out

Old Town
Open Thursday - Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Old Town Information Center is located at 522 Romero Street NW
Albuquerque International Sunport (Temporarily Closed)
The information desk is located at the bottom of the escalators on the baggage claim level.
