The Alvarado Transportation Center is the hub for train and bus travel. Amtrak trains and Greyhound buses all stop in Albuquerque. ABQ Ride city buses can also be boarded at Alvarado.

It is easy to get to Albuquerque from any direction by car. Get on I-40 running East-West or I-25 running North-South. The two interstates cross in the heart of Albuquerque at the “Big I.”
