Downtown

Civic Plaza

Civic Plaza is a bustling gathering space in the center of Downtown. Events and festivals take place here year-round.

Route 66 Crossroads

At the corner of Central Avenue and 4th Street, discover the only place in the country where Route 66 crosses itself.

Museums

Check out some of the unique museums Downtown, including the Telephone Museum, 516 Arts, the New Mexico Holocaust & Intolerance Museum, and the Turquoise Museum.

KiMo Theatre

Built in 1927, this Pueblo Deco theater hosts concerts, theater performances, movies and more.

Downtown Growers’ Market

On Saturdays from April to November, shop local produce, unique art and freshly cooked food at Robinson Park.

Old Town

Old Town Plaza

Historic Old Town Plaza is the heart of Old Town Albuquerque, and it’s a great starting point to explore nearby shops and restaurants.

San Felipe de Neri Church

Built in 1793 of adobe brick, San Felipe de Neri Church is one of the oldest buildings in the city and remains a functioning Catholic church today.

Cottonwood Madonna

Spot a carving of the Virgin of Guadalupe inside a cottonwood tree just off the plaza.

Tiguex Park

Explore this large outdoor park across the street from Old Town. Enjoy a walking trail, play area and basketball court.

Rattlesnake Museum
