Business Exchange

  • Attendees include: Partners, Board of Directors, volunteers, and Visit Albuquerque staff
  • Traditionally held on the first Wednesday of February, April, June, August, September and November. From 5-7pmVisit Albuquerque Business Exchange
  • Attendance ranges from 40-50 guests.
  • Admission for partners is $5 and non-partners are $15.
  • Business Exchanges provide Visit Albuquerque partners an opportunity to meet other partners, volunteers, Visit Albuquerque staff, and community decision-makers.
  • Business cards are exchanged and other levels of business interaction are established.
  • Working and viable business relationships and new friendships are also formed.
  • Takes place in a fun, relaxed atmosphere
  • Don't forget to bring your door prizes!

Hosting a Business Exchange

Tabletop Promotional Opportunities

  • Promote your business at a Business Exchange by purchasing a tabletop display.
  • Tabletop displays are $50 per event
  • Partners will be supplied with a six foot rectangular table to display brochures, products…etc.
  • There are no guidelines. Be as creative as you like!

VIP Punch Cards

  • Are available for $25-Visit Albuquerque partners, $15-Visit Albuquerque volunteers.
  • Buy them at the door or in advance by contacting the Development Division at (505) 222-4338 or e-mail
  • Purchasing a VIP Punch Card will grant you admittance into six Business Exchanges, a $30 value!

Visit Albuquerque Responsibilities

  • Visit Albuquerque will provide each guest with 2 drink tickets. (Unless otherwise stated)
  • Once the tickets are depleted, the host is encouraged to offer a cash bar with all proceeds going to the host.
  • Visit Albuquerque will provide two registrars for the registration table.
  • Visit Albuquerque handles all registration functions.
