Visit Albuquerque recently welcomed Brooke Jung as our new Vice President of Destination Development & Community Engagement. She has more than 15 years of experience in tourism and experiential marketing. “I am thrilled to join the Visit Albuquerque team, particularly during a time when the organization and the city’s tourism and hospitality industry are experiencing such positive momentum,” said Jung.
Jung comes to Visit Albuquerque most recently from Hopkinsville, Kentucky, where she served as the Executive Director of the Hopkinsville Convention & Visitors Bureau. She successfully branded Hopkinsville as the “Batter Capital of the World” and secured over $1 million in grant funding for marketing initiatives.
Jung leads the Destination Development & Community Engagement Division, which is responsible for developing partnerships, overseeing the organization’s Visitor Information Centers at the Albuquerque International Sunport and in Old Town, and crafting short- and long-term plans to enhance Albuquerque visitor experiences.
