Year-round, Albuquerque's food trucks offer the perfect way to sample a wide assortment of creative eats from traditional New Mexican fare to barbeque to Japanese. With 310 days of sunshine and an average annual high temperature of 70 degrees, you'll hardly find a day when a food truck can't be found around town or posted up outside of one of Albuquerque's breweries.
