On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, special holiday beverages and hors d'oeuvres will be served in the Lobby and Living Room throughout the day. Lucia will be open for breakfast and lunch serving their regular menu. From 6p.m. to 8p.m. carolers will be singing all of your holiday classics, so join us in our Living Room and Lobby for some tasty tapas and a glass of our signature eggnog or cider.
For Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, dinner will be served in Lucia from 4p.m. to 10 p.m. The price for adults is $45/person and for all guests ages 12 and under the price is $22/person. The dinner includes:
• A three-course prix fixe dinner: the first course is a choice of Cranberry Citrus Salad, Roasted Sweet Potato Bisque, or Citrus Cured Salmon Lox. The main entree offers a choice of Prime Rib of Beef Roasted in Sea Salt and Herb Crust (served with Au jus, Yukon gold mash, pan sauteed asparagus, white corn horseradish cream), New Zealand Rack of Lamb (served with Pomegranate-balsamic glaze, roasted Peruvian sweet potatoes, tri-colored baby carrots), or Pan Roasted Salmon Filet
(served with a Huckleberry compote, Swiss chard, cambazola polenta). Dessert will be a delicious apple crumble tarte tatin (served with Tahitian vanilla ice cream, cinnamon crema).
