ACE Your Team’s Customer Service Skills and Knowledge of Albuquerque

Visit Albuquerque’s Albuquerque Community Experience (ACE) training program is designed to brush up your employees’ customer service skills and strengthen their knowledge about the city. Graduates of the program can answer guests’ questions about things to do and places to visit. The program also provides training on topics such as first impressions, effective communication and handling conflict.

Kei and Molly Textiles Wins Ethics in Business Award

Kei and Molly Textiles received the Rust Award for Excellence in Ethical Business Practice by a For-Profit Business from The New Mexico Ethics in Business Awards. Several Visit Albuquerque Partners are in the running for the Condé Nast Traveler 2023 Readers’ Choice Awards Survey. Public voting is now open. Sandia Resort and Casino and Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa are nominated in the resorts category. Hotel Chaco, Hotel Andaluz, El Vado Motel, Hotel Albuquerque, Hotel Parq Central, Hyatt Regency Albuquerque (now The Clyde Hotel), Los Poblanos Historic Inn and Organic Farm and Sheraton Albuquerque Uptown are nominated in the hotel category. Apothecary Lounge and The Grove Cafe and Market are nominated in the restaurant and bar category. Albuquerque is also nominated in the city and airport categories.

Multiple Visit Albuquerque Partners have been nominated for USA Today 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards. Los Poblanos Botanical Spirits is up for best craft gin. You can vote once a day until May 15. Rainbow Ryders and World Balloon are in the running for best hot air balloon ride. You can vote once a day in that contest until May 29. Routes Bicycle Tours & Rentals is up for best bike tour. Voting for that contest remains open until May 29.

Brenna Moore, Director of Communications and Public Relations

Brenna Moore is the Director of Communications and Public Relations at Visit Albuquerque. She secures positive media coverage for Albuquerque and Visit Albuquerque Partners through public relations and media relations efforts on local, regional, national and international levels. One of her favorite parts of the job is introducing visitors to the unique places and people that make Albuquerque special. “I’ve been able to meet so many inspiring people and learn from their passion, which fuels my enthusiasm for the work we do,” Brenna said.  “As a native New Mexican, I feel my time at Visit Albuquerque has deepened my connection to my home state and for that I am truly honored and grateful.” Brenna is excited for the growth and transformation in the city, and to see the revitalization and investment currently taking place.
