Indian Arts and Crafts Board

Overview

The Indian Arts and Crafts Board supports authentic Indian arts and crafts and administers the Federal Indian Arts and Crafts Act. Under the Act, if an art or craft product is marketed as Indian-made or the product of a particular federally-recognized Tribe, the maker must be Indian (as defined in the Act) or a member of the Tribe.
