Overview

Azuma Sushi and Teppan on Wyoming Blvd was opened and established on December 1, 2014.

We offer fresh fish and steaks with several different appetizers and provide many wines and sake, beer.

Azuma at the Wyoming Blvd location was inspired by visiting Chicago and Las Vegas, NV dining.

Azuma Sushi and Teppan have several awards from Albuquerque Magazine and were voted Best of the City for ten years.

Our chefs and wait staff are creative and take pride in their work.
