Overview
ONE FLEW OVER THE CUCKOO’S NEST
January 15–31, 2027 | Historic Lobo Theater, Albuquerque
Some rules were made to be broken. Others were made to keep people in line.
When the charismatic and rebellious Randle P. McMurphy enters a psychiatric hospital, he finds himself in a battle of wills with the formidable Nurse Ratched, whose quiet authority governs every aspect of life on the ward. What begins as a clash of personalities soon becomes something far greater, as McMurphy's defiance inspires those around him to question the very system that controls them.
Based on Ken Kesey’s acclaimed novel, One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest is a gripping, darkly humorous, and deeply human story of power, individuality, and the courage to stand against oppression.
Seven Two Eight Entertainment brings this celebrated American classic to the stage under the direction of Julian Cavett, inviting audiences to experience a story that remains as provocative and relevant today as ever.
Three weekends. Twelve performances. One unforgettable battle of wills.
