New Mexico Games Announces 2024 Event Registration is Now Open

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.  (Jan. 18, 2024) – The New Mexico Games announces that registration for all 2024 sporting events is now open. The state’s largest annual sports festival will once again include Basketball and Pickleball, as well as the addition of two new events, Flag Football and Figure Skating.

The New Mexico Games kicks off the season with the Figure Skating event at the McDermott Athletic Center in Rio Rancho on April 20. Along with marking the commencement of the Games, the recipient of the Athlete of the Year award will also be announced during the event.

Memorial Day Weekend is set to be a slam dunk as basketball enthusiasts gear up for an action-packed tournament at the Johnson Center at the University of New Mexico from May 24-27, 2024. Youth teams can register for just $200, while adult teams have a $300 entry fee.

Flag Football will make its debut in the New Mexico Games from July 27-28, 2024, at Balloon Fiesta Park, while the Pickleball Tournament returns Sept. 20-24, 2024, at Manzano Mesa Pickleball Complex.
