Albuquerque Hosts 2026 Triple Crown Sports Pathway Games
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – (June 12, 2026) – Albuquerque welcomes elite baseball talent from across the region for the 2026 Triple Crown Sports (TCS) Pathway Games Albuquerque, taking place through June 14 at the Jennifer Riordan Spark Kindness Regional Sports Complex. Returning for its eighth year, the event is one of the Southwest’s premier recruiting showcases, bringing together 48 teams, including 34 traveling from out of state, for five days of competitive baseball, player development and collegiate recruiting opportunities.
Since its debut in Albuquerque in 2018, the TCS Pathway Games have helped more than 250 athletes continue their baseball careers at the collegiate level. The event’s unique format centralizes players, coaches, recruiters and families at one venue, creating an unmatched recruiting environment where college programs can evaluate talent throughout the weekend. Each year, 10-20 collegiate programs attend the event, with scholarship offers frequently extended on-site.
“We’re incredibly proud of what Pathway ABQ has become,” said Brandon Hardy, Pathway Director. “To have 48 teams this year, with 34 coming from out of state, speaks to the trust organizations and families have in our events. Our goal has always been to create meaningful opportunities for players while helping college programs find athletes that fit both on and off the field.
This year's event will move to a new five-day format featuring both 18u and 16u divisions during the same week. The updated structure will allow organizations to bring multiple teams while continuing to maximize exposure, competition and recruiting opportunities in an evolving college baseball landscape.
"Albuquerque is proud to welcome the 2026 TCS Pathway Games back to our community," said Tania Armenta, President & CEO of Visit Albuquerque and the Albuquerque Sports Commission. "This event brings together talented athletes, dedicated coaches and families from across the region while showcasing the outstanding facilities and hospitality that make Albuquerque a premier sports destination. We’re excited to continue our partnership with Triple Crown Sports and look forward to an exciting week of competition, connection and memorable experiences for everyone involved."
