Get ready to dive into the Albuquerque art scene. Begin the day with breakfast at Golden Crown Panaderia where you’ll dine on freshly baked empanadas or flautas. Drive down the street to the Albuquerque Museum, where admission is free in the morning every Sunday. The Albuquerque Museum features rotating exhibits and permanent collections on the history of Albuquerque. After, stop for a bite to eat at Church Street Cafe and then spend the afternoon browsing art galleries in Old Town. End the night with dinner and a drink at Level 5 on the roof of Hotel Chaco.

Order some waffles at the Farmacy for breakfast to fuel your ABQ Urban Art Bike Tour with Routes Bicycle Tours and Rentals. Explore street art and murals in Downtown and Old Town Albuquerque aboard a bike. Visit 66 Diner for lunch, where customers are transported back in time with the retro decor and tasty burgers, fries and milkshakes. Spend the afternoon shopping at El Vado, a renovated Route 66 motel with shops and restaurants. Head Downtown in the late afternoon for a seat on the patio of Ex Novo Brewing Company, the perfect spot to watch lowriders cruise down Central. Immerse yourself in the different cultures in Albuquerque. Get caffeinated with a coffee flight from Sueños Coffee before going to the Rail Yards Market. The market runs each Sunday from May through October and features local vendors, food trucks and more. After shopping to your heart’s content, take a trip to the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center. Try some delicious Pueblo oven bread from Indian Pueblo Kitchen, and check out a cultural dance that happens each Sunday. Go across the street to eat dinner at Avanyu Plaza. 12th Street Tavern features American bar food, and Sixty-Six Acres serves modern bar cuisine. Both locations have outdoor patios with great views of the Sandia Mountains. To keep the good vibes going into the evening, order a drink at Town and Ranch, a cozy, speakeasy-inspired bar that serves Los Poblanos Botanical Spirits gin.
