For a sweet, roasted pumpkin drink, order the Hojicha Pie, which includes a roasted Japanese green tea and pumpkin simple syrup topped with sweet cream. Chaga chai is a mix of chai tea, chaga elixir, spiced simple syrup and sweet cream. You won’t have to mull over the Mull It Over, a warm and comforting mix of nonalcoholic merlot, mulling spices, fuego and chocolate bitters. The Hot Toddy includes an earthen chaga elixir, nonalcoholic whiskey, Lapsang souchong tea, lemon and spiced simple syrup.
