Founded in 2018, Hollow Spirits is blocks from downtown in Albuquerque and serves up all things craft and local. Their handmade artisan spirits are at the base of their seasonal craft cocktail menu but they also feature a selection of the finest beers New Mexico has to offer, delicious local wines, and non-alcoholic drinks.
