What to Pack

Bring layers when you're planning to visit during the fall or winter. Mornings are chilly, so a hat, gloves and scarf are recommended. Bring a pair of sunglasses because the sun is still bright even when it's cold outside. A water bottle is also a good idea.

Seasonal Activities

The ExxonMobil Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta® happens every October, offering a stunning display of colors as hundreds of hot air balloons float through the sky. Holiday traditions are abundant in November and December. Marvel at luminarias lighting up historic Old Town, and look at beautiful light displays at the River of Lights.
