Visit Albuquerque maintains both Facebook and Twitter pages that are updated daily. We post a variety of things including what’s new updates from around the city, event information and more. We make an effort to feature our partners and help get the word out to direct traffic to your websites and social media sites, but it’s important for us to know if your business is active on social media. If your business participates in social media please make sure that you’re on our radar. If you have an event or upcoming exhibition that you would like us to showcase, please let us know.

In 2009, many of you agreed to participate in Visit Albuquerque's Press Pass, which provides admission to journalists at your various facilities. We believe this has been a beneficial “one stop shop” concept that is easy for visiting media to use, but we have had trouble with the reporting. When you agreed to allow admission with the pass, you agreed to turn in a monthly usage report.

The Concierge Guide is distributed to hotels for front desk staff and concierge to use to inform visitors about activities, attractions and other Albuquerque information

We offer periodic Business Exchange mixers for you to meet other Visit Albuquerque partners and catch up with staff. Hosting opportunities and table-top displays are always available.
Albuquerque Concierge Excellence (ACE) Training Program
ACE has trained nearly 700 front-line employees around the city. ACE is a valuable way for your front-line employees to learn everything there is to see and do, in and around Albuquerque while driving home the importance of excellent customer service.

Visit Albuquerque distributes partner brochures at our visitor centers at the Albuquerque International Sunport and in Historic Old Town as well as on information tables during conventions. Our volunteers are actively fielding questions at our Visitor Information Centers in Old Town and at the ABQ Sunport. In addition, they provide valuable assistance at information tables at conventions and events around the city. The volunteers are constantly trying to stay up on news around the city, but they enjoy getting out and seeing things firsthand so contact Roxane to set up a volunteer visit to your business.
