Visit Albuquerque will meet your group’s transportation needs. Our Convention Services Division will:

• Coordinate finding appropriate transportation services, including developing an RFP for prospective transport companies with approval from the meeting planner, as well as accepting proposals on behalf of these companies for the meeting planner as needed.
• Create and coordinate a shuttle schedule/agenda based on your group’s itinerary.
• Provide shuttle schedule to all attendees, venues and participants; the schedule will be included in the registration package or placed at the front desk of all the venues involved.
• Develop and supply signage for every bus, so the route and hotel destinations are clearly marked.
• Evaluate equipment needs during peak and off-peak hours. The cost of shuttling can be offset by a room rate rebate from the hotels, a registration fee, etc.
