Blake’s Lotaburger has been a New Mexico Tradition since 1952, serving their famous Green Chile Cheeseburgers at over 65 locations across New Mexico. Not willing to settle for inauthentic, bland chile, Blake’s spent several years working with local farms to create their own proprietary cultivar Hatch Green Chile that is grown, harvested and 100% flame-roasted in Hatch, New Mexico. Menu offerings also include hearty, cooked-to-order breakfast burritos, chicken sandwiches and creamy milkshakes in classic as well as ever-revolving seasonal flavors.
