Last year our owner Cherie Montoya took the team (chef, sous chef, pastry chef, wine director, farm director, and managers) to Chicago for a culinary exploration. We dined at six Michelin recognized restaurants: Alinea, Boka, Girl & the Goat, Galit, S.K.Y., and Lula. We were each personally moved and galvanized by our time together at these restaurants. Yes, Chef is a five-course, wine-paired dinner where we will share with you the inspirations from our experience. This will be the last special dinner on the patio for the year and we will be featuring live music by Jazz Brasiliero. Seating for this dinner will be communal and we are unable to accommodate menu modifications. Gratuity is included.
