The Nightbird Trolley Experience

Hey nightbirds! Have you wanted to enjoy the charm of Old Town and the energy of Downtown all in one evening? Lapis Room, FlyBy Provisions, and ABQ Trolley Co. are teaming up to connect Old Town’s visitors to Downtown businesses through an elevated evening of local music and fine art, with ABQ Trolley providing unique, fun, and safe transportation between the two neighborhoods and Mariposa Music coordinating fantastic local musicians. Join us for an enchanting evening and captivating adventure that will indulge your senses and create lasting memories.

• Destination: Flyby Provisions in Downtown

Starting at Lapis Room in Old Town Albuquerque, guests will be greeted with a welcome toast, featuring a glass of local sparkling wine from Noisy Water Winery as well as a live musical performance, all while being immersed in captivating artwork by contemporary New Mexican artists. "We are thrilled to continue our partnership with Flyby Provisions and join in on this exciting project together,” says Lapis Room owner Laura Houghton. “Our collaboration aims to bridge the rich heritage of the Old Town neighborhood with the vibrant pulse of the Downtown neighborhood." 

After the toast, board the trolley and enjoy melodic serenades, setting the ideal ambiance for the journey ahead. The trolley embarks, peacefully cruising the city's streets en route to the next destination: Flyby Provisions. "I am absolutely thrilled to offer guests the opportunity to step aboard this picturesque trolley ride from Old Town to Downtown Albuquerque. The journey is more than just a physical transfer; it's a nostalgic passage through our city's heart. With drinks, snacks, music, art, and shopping at each destination, we’re eager to show our guests a lovely evening all while fostering a sense of unity between these distinct neighborhoods,” says Flyby Provisions owner Gina Riccobono. 

Upon arrival at downtown favorite Flyby Provisions, guests step off the trolley into an ambient alley bistro offering an array of delectable light bites. An additional live music performance, art demonstrations, and an assortment of delightful surprises promise to captivate and engage Albuquerque’s nightbirds.

The evening concludes with a relaxing ride back to Old Town in the trolley. Enjoy the ride and reminisce about your evening in two great ABQ neighborhoods.
