WHAT IS THE GREAT RACE?

The Hemmings Great Race presented by Coker Tire is a nine-day, 2,300-mile classic car rally across America featuring historic vehicles navigating precise time and speed challenges.

The event uses a new route each year and features 17 hosted city stops along the way, and this year the racers are stopping in Albuquerque! For 2026, the Great Race is celebrating the 100th anniversary of Route 66, and Albuquerque is hosting a community celebration.
