Sound Healing and Meditation in the Wellness Yurt

In July and August, we are featuring unique wellness offerings with Aimee Conlee, a sound, voice and music healing guide with a strong connection to Los Poblanos. Sound has been used since ancient times as a tool for healing and awakening to our fullest potential. The practice creates an opportunity for a profound experience of release and well-being by freeing physical tension and shifting emotional and mental blocks. 

Aimee Conlee is certified in Sound, Voice and Music Healing from the California Institute of Integral Studies and is a teacher of the ‘Yoga of the Voice’ method. She is attuned to Reiki and infuses her practice and guidance with this healing energy. She has a deep connection to the land and sounds of Los Poblanos, having worked in this special place for more than a decade.

All are welcome and no prior experience is necessary. Wear clothing that you can sit and move in comfortably.

Sound + Yoga: Live Soundscape
