Sin Límites New Works Festival

Overview

Sin Límites: (adj.) Boundless, without limits

Duke City Repertory Theatre (DCRT) is proud to launch the Sin Límites New Works Festival, a first-of-its-kind celebration of New Mexican playwrights. The Sin Límites New Works Festival will feature riveting staged readings of original works, performed in dynamic spaces, and featuring the finest artists Albuquerque has to offer. Comprised solely of local New Mexican playwrights, the Sin Límites New Works Festival is a celebration of the creativity and innovation of New Mexican voices. The festival will premiere 11 uniquely New Mexican works, ranging from stories about the right to die with dignity to the lyrical, epic nature of love to ghastly memories of things that go bump in the night in the ravines of Los Alamos. Sin Límites provides a platform for the ample creativity and innovation of New Mexican voices.

Duke City Repertory Theatre has a reputation for doing the unexpected, and Sin Límites is no different! We're performing the eleven festival plays across the city at venues ranging from breweries to private homes. And if that weren't enough, we've grouped the plays by themes, so now two performances will be the same! Visit dukecityrep.com/shows to view the schedule.
