Reiki & Restorative Yoga Class

Feeling frazzled and overwhelmed? Here is the answer!

Restorative yoga is a specialized type of yoga class in which you use props and bolsters to facilitate deep relaxation. The poses are passive and are held for 5-10 minutes at a time. The goal of restorative yoga is to fully restore the nervous system.

Reiki is a non-invasive healing technique originating in Japan that restores the energy on all levels so that healing can take place. Reiki feels relaxing, calming, and peaceful.

In this 90 minute evening class, I will guide you in restorative yoga poses while I also send Reiki to revitalize your physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies.
