Chilean-born flutist and flute instructor at University of California Santa Cruz, Viviana Guzmán, is coming to Albuquerque October 24-25. Guzmán will present a masterclass at UNM and a give a public performance entitled "Musica Latina" featuring the music of Astor, Piazzzolla, Carlos Acevedo Elgueta, Arturo Marquez, and more. Her recital will include accompaniment by an NMFA flute choir.

Members of the public are invited to Viviana's performance at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, October 25. The recital will be at 9315 Candelaria Rd NE, Albuquerque, 87112 (Covenant Presbyterian Church). Tickets are available on the NMFA website or at the door ($10 for members; $25 for non members.)
