Music Under the Stars - Blue Note Era Jazz

Overview

Curated by Michael Metz,  the EQNX Jazztet will take you on a tour of the evolution of the record label from Early Jazz through today! One not to miss for serious Jazz lovers!

Band: Daniel Moreno/Sax; Phil Arnold/Trombone; Vic Romnelli/Guitar; Sid Fendley/Keys, Ian Davis/Bass, Steve Arbuckle/Drums; Michael Metz/Trumpet and Flugelhorn

All shows 7-10 pm, doors open at 6:30. Shows held at Albuquerque Museum Amphitheater (2000 Mountain Rd. NW). Parking is free in the Museum lot, on surface streets, and North of the museum in the open parking lots.

Tickets may be purchased at the door, in the office, or online

Online ticket sales on Hold My Ticket end at 2 PM day of the show.

Ticket guarantees entry, not seating.

All ages are welcome. Kids under 12 get in free of charge.

Lawn chairs for grass seating / picnics welcome (keep in mind space is limited; ABSOLUTELY NO outside alcoholic beverages or glass, please)

Food and drink available from Slate Street Cafe at Museum Amphitheater

All shows rain or shine, no refunds due to inclement weather. Shows may be cancelled for safety reasons due to the presence of lightning within 5 miles of the amphitheater.  A New Mexico Jazz staff member will inform guests in this instance.

All sales final, no refunds.
