Overview

Create a functional and fabulous tote while learning essential basketry techniques! This colorful, sturdy tote basket is available in three color schemes, each with matching leather handles.

In this workshop, you will learn…

Placement of natural and dyed reed spokes into a wooden racetrack base.
Triple twine with step ups.
Basic over under weave.
Double triple twine.
4 Rod Wale using yarn.
Traditional lashed rim.

Please note that the class fee is $95 (payable upon registration), with an additional $95 materials fee to be paid directly to the instructor on the day of the workshop for the purse kit.
