Learn about the unique characteristics of New Mexico honey and the pollinators that make it all possible. We are proud to partner with Bear Canyon on the Los Poblanos honey collection. Their work embodies the interconnectedness of the hive by uniting beekeepers across the state, supporting New Mexico’s agricultural production and encouraging and educating community members who want to keep bees in their own backyards.
