The evening opens with an interactive welcome reception in the fields, where guests can meet our talented farm and culinary teams. Taste, touch and smell the fresh produce, seasonal vegetables, herbs and honey that inspire the evening’s dishes while learning about sustainable farming and the rich flavors of the Rio Grande Valley.

Following the welcome reception, a multicourse, wine-paired dinner will be served on the elegant La Quinta Grand Portal, featuring dishes composed of freshly harvested fall ingredients.
