Overview

Discover a low-cost, environmentally friendly way to start seeds during this Winter Sowing Workshop. Sandoval Extension Master Gardeners will show you how to adapt Trudi Davidoff’s methods for our high desert gardening challenges.

During this workshop, participants will learn to prepare a winter-sowing container by repurposing household recyclable materials. All materials, including empty milk/water jugs, soil, seeds, and labeling materials, will be provided. Participants will take their winter sowing container home.

This is a free workshop, but space is limited, so please register if you would like to attend the event.
