  • Cold Dilled Beet Soup with Crème Fraiche

  • Fresh Garden Greens with Diced Tomatoes, Crunchy Peas and Pickled Red Beets served with a Buttermilk Dill Dressing

  • Baked Trout Fillet dusted with Blue Cornmeal and served with a Dill Sauce
