Farm Dinners

So excited to announce our farm dinner series this year and first ever collaboration with Chef Richard Padilla!

Step into an unforgettable evening at Big Jim Farms, where fine dining meets the beauty of New Mexico agriculture. Set among our U-pick fields, guests will dine surrounded by rows of growing green chile, blooming flowers, and the golden glow of the farm at sunset.

Enjoy a thoughtfully curated 4-course farm-to-table dinner featuring seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, perfectly paired with wines from Sheehan Winery. With live acoustic music drifting through the fields and renowned Chef Richard Padilla bringing his elevated fine dining experience to the farm, this is a truly unique night celebrating food, wine, and the beauty of New Mexico.

Featuring Executive Chef Richard Padilla, whose 15+ years of culinary experience and passion for locally sourced food bring an elevated dining experience to the farm. Having worked alongside acclaimed chefs and led kitchens at premier New Mexico destinations including Hotel Albuquerque and The Inn & Spa at Loretto, Chef Richard is known for creating thoughtful dishes rooted in sustainability, community, and the rich agricultural traditions of New Mexico. His commitment to supporting local farmers and showcasing fresh regional ingredients makes this dinner a true celebration of New Mexico food and culture.
