Nocturne, an in-depth look at artists’ interpretation of the night in its many dark and beautiful states is on display at the New Mexico Art League Gallery. The exhibit opens Tuesday, October 16, and runs through Saturday, November 24, 2018. It features prints, drawing, painting, mixed media and photography.
Featured at the same time is the James D. Cramer Memorial Exhibit 1937 - 2017.
This alcove exhibit honors the memory of Jim Cramer, dear friend of the New Mexico Art League. After Jim retired in 2004, he directed his energies to drawing, painting, fly fishing, travel, philanthropy and his family. He attended many classes and workshops at the Art League where he pursued his love of painting. On display are a beautiful collection of his landscapes.
Plan to come to the free reception for these concurrent events on Saturday, October 27 from 5 PM to 7 PM.
