Easter Buffet at Corn Maiden

Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa is offering a special holiday meal at their restaurant Corn Maiden on Easter Sunday between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. Guests can enjoy a delicious assortment of appetizers including cheeses and charcuterie, smoked seafood including lox and oysters, and gourmet salads. Entrée selections include a New Mexico beef tenderloin served with truffle potatoes and Tamaya honey-glazed carrots, as well as a vegetarian lasagna made with house-made pasta, green chile bechamel, and fresh local vegetables. For dessert, guests can choose from an array of cakes, pies, and miniature desserts. Prices range from $95 per person for adults and $47.50 per person for children and seniors.
