Overview
Los Poblanos has been growing and distilling botanicals on our historic farm in the Village of Los Ranchos de Albuquerque for over two decades. Our line of botanical spirits, launched in 2022, was thoughtfully developed by dedicated farmers, gardeners, herbalists, distillers and mixologists to capture the flavor profiles of our unique high desert landscape. Join us for a lively panel discussion on the collaborative creative process that went into developing our unique botanical spirits.
Samples of our Lavender Gin and Western Dry Gin are included in the lecture ticket price and members of our spirits team will lead a guided tasting during the presentation.
