Brunch & Breakfast Cooking Class

Overview

At Sherwood Coffee 'n' Bread, we’ve created a warm and welcoming experience that blends light cooking with a delicious shared meal. Perfect for visitors looking to slow down and enjoy something real during Balloon Fiesta week.

The class features comforting, seasonal brunch dishes such as:

🥧 Flaky quiche with local vegetables and cheese

🍳 Classic American breakfast with eggs, roasted potatoes, and house-made toast

☕ Freshly brewed Sherwood Coffee

This is a semi-hands-on class. You’ll participate in simple, enjoyable parts of the cooking process like cracking eggs, assembling the quiche, or shaping toast. Our instructor will guide you through the rest, using our wood-fired brick oven and cast-iron skillets to bring everything together.

Afterward, we’ll sit down around our outdoor table to enjoy the meal, sip coffee, and take in the open sky. It’s a peaceful, flavorful way to experience Albuquerque during one of its most exciting weeks.
