Bark in the Park Hike!

On the third Saturday of each month, through October, Salinas Pueblo Missions National Monument invites you and your pets for our Bark in the Park Hikes!

These ranger-led hikes introduce you to Salinas’ BARK Ranger Program, and how you and your pet can have a great experience at our park!

We are very proud to host Bark in the Park in partnership with the Friends of Mountainair Animal Shelter (FOMAS)! FOMAS is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life of all dogs who come to their shelter. During the hikes, you will get the opportunity to connect with FOMAS and learn all about their organization.
