Albuquerque Concert Band Free Holiday Concert at the KiMo Theatre!

Are you ready for some holiday cheer? Are you ready to have a great time? The ACB is ready and is looking forward to putting on a show the entire family will enjoy! The fun begins Sunday, December 3rd, 3pm to 4pm at the KiMo, 423 Central Ave NW.

Put on your holiday garb, warm up your singing voices! Come and enjoy an hour of music and merriment as we play your holiday favorites.

The Albuquerque Concert Band has been performing a free holiday concert at this beautiful and famous venue for almost 15 years. The holiday concert is always a fun and festive occasion, not only for the audience, but for the band as well. The band enjoys dressing in decorative garb and our conductor, John Sanks, brings his vast assortment of holiday hats to change into throughout the concert. What will he bring this year? What will the hat count be? You’ll have to show up to the concert to find out!

The festive music menu will include, “The Most Wonderful Time of the Year”, “Jazzy Christmas”, “A New Orleans Nutcracker Suite”, “Hanukkah Festival”, “Sleigh Ride” and more! The ACB will also perform a sing-along piece for the audience to join in on. Whether you are young or young at heart, you won’t want to miss this special event!
