ALBUQUERQUE, NM -
The opportunity to enjoy a wide variety of music and dance performances representing Albuquerque’s widely diverse cultures is returning to the Old Town Plaza on Thursday, May 6 with a performance entitled "Fiesta de Colores" featuring the ever-popular mariachi group, Los Primos, and Ballet en Fuego Dance Company.

The program, which is scheduled from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m., launches an entire season of colorful programs that bring people together to learn and share in the richness of other’s cultures.

May 13 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. Black Student Union Performing Arts – Hip Hop and More

7:30 – 8:30 p.m. Odara—Hot Samba!

May 20 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. Racine Kreyol – Haitian Dance Company

7:30 – 8:30 p.m. Palamakia Dancers – Greek Dancing

May 27 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. Japanese Folk Dancers

7:30 – 8:30 p.m. Lumbre – UNM Mexican Folkloric Dance Company

June 3 No performance due to preparations for Old Town Fiestas.

June 10 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. Fishbeck Highland Dancers – Irish Dance

7:30 – 8:30 p.m. Xallitic – Mexican Folkloric Dance Company

June 17 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. Okinawan Folk Dancers – Japanese

7:30 – 8:30 p.m. Thai Music and Dance

June 24 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. Sophisticated Ladies and Gent –Seniors with Rhythm

7:30 – 8:30 p.m. Los Tapatios – Youth Troupe of Mexican Dancers
