ALBUQUERQUE, NM – To help enhance the Albuquerque visitor experience, the Albuquerque Convention and Visitors Bureau (Visit Albuquerque) has partnered with CNM to develop the Albuquerque Concierge Excellence (A.C.E.) training program. The program objective is for front-line employee participants of the three-hour training to come away with better customer service skills and a better understanding of what there is to see and do in the Albuquerque area. It will be delivered monthly by a hospitality industry professional and held at various venues in Albuquerque. Training times and days will vary to accommodate the schedules of front-line employees.
“In today’s competitive environment, it is critical to provide top-notch customer service and accurate information about the destination experience,” said Dale Lockett, Visit Albuquerque President/CEO.
To allow the graduates of the training program to experience Albuquerque like a visitor does, the Visit Albuquerque has developed the Albuquerque Experience Pass. All graduates of the training program will receive the pass that allows them to visit 17 Albuquerque attractions for free. This will enable each graduate to become familiar with all of Albuquerque’s attractions, in order to give personal testimonials to tourists visiting Albuquerque.

We have a beautiful city and state with many exciting places to visit and experience. Our industry must give customers a positive experience to remember,” said Ron Solimon, President & CEO of Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, Inc. and Visit Albuquerque Board Chair.
The first training class will be held at the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center on June 29th. The training is $25 per person.
