Albuquerque- Everyone is invited to come kick it at the KiMo Theatre for a World Cup watch party tomorrow, Tuesday, July 1 for the 2pm game between the USA and Belgium. Mayor Richard J. Berry has asked city staff to make the arrangements so that Albuquerque residents have a place to gather to cheer on our USA team. ESPN Radio 101.7 The TEAM came on board to support the effort for the much-anticipated soccer showdown at the Arena Fonte Nova, Salvador. The high stakes, intense clash will play out on the KiMo's new, state of the art silver screen.

"This is an exciting time for our country with our US national team advancing within the World Cup. We know Albuquerque residents are enthusiastic about supporting Team USA and we hope folks will join us to cheer them on," said Mayor Berry.

Tuesday's winner will face Argentina or Switzerland in Brasilia on July 5. There will be light concessions for sale, admission is free, and seats will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Doors will open at 1pm, and there will be free parking at the garage located at 5th and Copper.
