Isotopes Park will play host to a pair of Major League Spring Training exhibition contests next year as the Colorado Rockies and Seattle Mariners will play back-to-back games in Albuquerque on Friday, April 2 and Saturday, April 3, 2010. 
 
The defending National League Wild-Card Champion Rockies and Mariners will play a 5:05 PM game on Friday, April 2 before returning for a 12:05 PM matinee on Saturday, April 3. Both rosters are replete with All-Stars and future Hall-of-Famers as Ken Griffey Jr, Ichiro Suzuki, Todd Helton, and Troy Tulowitzki are all scheduled to take the field at Isotopes Park while they finish up preparations for the 2010 regular season. 
 
Tickets are on sale now exclusively to Isotopes season ticket and mini-plan holders at Isotopes Park. The general public will have its first opportunity to purchase tickets on Saturday, February 20. Box, Reserved, and Berm seating will be $25 for one game or $45 for both games. Club Level seating will be $35 for one game or $65 for both contests.
“The fact that Isotopes Park is hosting its third Major League Exhibition Weekend in six years speaks volumes about the reputation Isotopes Park and Isotopes fans have throughout the world of baseball,” said ‘Topes General Manager John Traub. “We are thrilled to be able to bring these two teams to fans throughout the state of New Mexico.” 
 
The Albuquerque Isotopes continue their off-season having enjoyed one of their best years in franchise history both on and off the field. In addition to their first playoff berth since 2003, the ‘Topes saw more than 600,000 fans pass through the turnstiles in 2009, the most in franchise history.
