Announcing an exclusive, Los Poblanos salt-glazed stoneware collection designed by House Industries & Eldreth Pottery.

"To help celebrate Los Poblanos' 80th anniversary we wanted to make pieces that not only functioned in the kitchen, but pointed to historic design elements from the farm," says House Industries' Art Director, Andy Cruz. The collection draws inspiration from architect John Gaw Meem and various architectural details and renderings of Los Poblanos to create the designs that are stenciled on each of these handthrown ceramics.

House Industries is known throughout the world as a prolific type foundry, and has made a considerable impact on the world of design. What really makes them shine is their genuine love for their subject matter. One subject of particular interest was early American stoneware, which led House to a special collaboration with Eldreth Pottery. A family-run business that uses 500-year-old German techniques, Eldreth's heritage and craftsmanship made it a perfect fit for House to tell the Los Poblanos story.

This collection will make its debut on Sunday, November 23rd during the House Industries Design Exhibit at Los Poblanos Historic Inn & Organic Farm, 4803 Rio Grande Blvd. Los Ranchos de Albuquerque, New Mexico 87107. The exhibit will be open to the public all week long at Los Poblanos, from 10am-4pm, November 23-28th, closed Thanksgiving Day. Based upon availability, the Los Poblanos stoneware collection will be available for purchase online at http://www.lospoblanos.com/thefarmshop/ starting Saturday, November 29th.
