LOS RANCHOS DE ALBUQUERQUE - Nov. 21, 2017 - Los Poblanos announces the opening of breakfast and dinner service at CAMPO, the newly renovated dining room at historic Los Poblanos Ranch. Reservations are suggested but walk-ins welcome in the new 100 seat location featuring sweeping views of the Sandia Mountains and farm fields. Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 am until 11:30 am and dinner is served Wednesday through Sunday from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm. CAMPO welcomes guests of the Los Poblanos boutique Inn as well as the local community.

Chef Jonathan Perno shares his new, fire-centric menu featuring classic breakfast dishes, New Mexican favorites, and artisan breads and pastries made fresh daily in the kitchen. Stand outs on the menu include shakshuka, cardamom aebleskivers, chilaquiles, queso fundido, mole negro with New Mexico pasture-raised lamb, and toasted blue corn hush puppies with carne adovada and seasonal jam.

CAMPO, meaning "fields" in Spanish, features food grown right on the Los Poblanos farm, as well as produce and meats from local farmers and herdsmen. Taking their mission for sustainability seriously, Los Poblanos Organic Farm offers dining experience that walks the line between refined and rugged.
