Il Vicino Brewery and Canteen is pleased to announce that they have won a prestigious Bronze Medal at the Great American Beer Festival held in Colorado October 11-13, 2012. The medal was won for their Milk Chocolate Cherry Stout. This is the 10th Medal won by Il Vicino and prior award winners ‘Slow Down Brown’ and ‘Wet Mountain IPA’ are served daily at both the Canteen as well as at Il Vicino Wood Oven Pizza locations.

The Great American Beer Festival is presented by the Brewers Association, and is the largest commercial beer competition in the world and a symbol of brewing excellence.
Winners were chosen from 4,338 competition entries from 666 breweries, hailing from 48 states, Washington, D.C. and Guam.
